According to the APK Inform publication, 459,200 tons of grain was exported through Ukrainian seaports in the period from February 23 to March 1, compared with 587,600 tons the week earlier.
In particular, the volume of wheat shipments totaled 125,300 tons and maize shipments totaled 333,900 tons.
The largest volumes were handled by the Odessa commercial seaport (152,500 tons), the TIS company (128,000 tons), and the Ilyichevsk commercial seaport (89,500 tons).
The largest volumes of Ukrainian grain were imported during the reporting period by Egypt (87,300 tons), Israel (78,500 tons), Italy (55,400 tons), and Spain (50,200 tons).
