Around noon on 20 February, Polish protesters dumped about 4 tons of grain from two grain carriers that were waiting to be transferred onto narrow-gauge tracks at the Medyka station.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.
These agricultural products were in transit to Germany.
"Polish law enforcement agencies, Polish Railways, and the embassy of Ukraine in Poland were informed about the unauthorized interference with the railway," the statement said.
According to the statement, the Polish regulatory authorities inspect and seal all Ukrzaliznytsia freight cars at the border. "This makes it impossible for Ukrainian grain to enter the Polish market," the ministry said in the statement.
