Road construction workers are about to complete the overhaul of one of the most critical sections of the M-21 Vystupovychi - Zhytomyr - Mohyliv-Podilskyi highway, which connects Ukraine and Moldova through the Mohyliv-Podilskyi - Otaci border crossing in the Vinnytsia region.
The State Agency for the Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.
"The highway passes through the territory of the Vinnytsia region and is of great logistical importance for international freight and passenger traffic," the statement said.
A total of 4 kilometers of the highway will be overhauled.
The works are scheduled to be completed in November 2023.
