The Ukrainian Railways joint-stock company (Ukrzaliznytsia) has announced that the enemy attacked Ukraine’s railway infrastructure 46 times in August, the CFTS portal reports.

"Unfortunately, one railway worker was killed, and three others were injured while performing their duties," the company said in a statement.

According to the statement, the enemy targeted railway energy infrastructure, railway stations, and railway rolling stock.

Facilities located in the frontline areas in Donetsk, Kharkiv, and southern Ukraine are the subject of most of the attacks.
