A ship carrying 7,600 tons of grain stolen from temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories left the Mariupol port for Russia this week.
The so-called "Ministry of Transport of the Donetsk People's Republic" announced the ship's departure in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.
According to the statement, a batch of wheat was shipped. The wheat was loaded from trucks onto the ship. Collaborators of the occupiers released a video showing trucks and grabs being used to transfer the grain.
Shipments of 7,600 tons have become standard for the occupied Mariupol port, as previous shipments to Russia were the same volume.
According to information from the occupiers, about 58,000 tons of agricultural products were shipped from Mariupol from January to April 2024.
As reported earlier, the Russians export goods (grain, metal products, coal, etc.) stolen from the temporarily occupied territories and goods intended for military purposes through the Russian-occupied ports on the coast of the Sea of Azov (the ports of Mariupol and Berdiansk).
As for the routes of illegal export of goods, the Russians have stated that ships sail from Mariupol to the ports of Rostov-on-Don, Kavkaz, Azov, and Sevastopol.
