Charter airline Skyline Express Airlines, known as Azur Air Ukraine until March 2023, has added another aircraft to its fleet.

This was announced by Vasyl Huz, head of the security department of Skyline Express Airlines, the CFTS portal reports.

Huz wrote in a Facebook post that the newly delivered aircraft is a Boeing 737-9 with the registration number UR-SLW.

The aircraft was built 14 years ago, and the UIA operated it from 2013 to 2021.

As previously reported, Skyline Express Airlines operates charter flights from Polish airports. The company used to be called Azur Air Ukraine, but the name was changed in 2023. The airline is affiliated with Anex Tour, a tour operator that was active in the Russian and Ukrainian markets. The newly delivered aircraft, like the previous one (with the number UR-SLE), previously belonged to Mavi Gök Aviation, the parent company of which is Anex Tourism Group.

In December 2023, Skyline Express Airlines evacuated its Boeing 777 aircraft from the Boryspil International Airport, where it had been parked since 24 February 2022.
