The government of Slovakia has changed the conditions for entry into the country because of the complication of the epidemiological situations in Slovak and Ukraine, the CFTS portal reports, citing the Interfax Ukraine news agency.
The Veľké Slemence–Mali Selmentsi border checkpoint is temporarily closed from 09:00 (Kyiv time) on November 9. In addition, the processing of pedestrians at the Ubl’a–Malyi Bereznyi border checkpoint is suspended.
At the Vyšné Nemecké–Uzhhorod border checkpoint, persons temporarily or permanently residing in Slovakia will be processed from 08:00 to 20:00 (Kyiv time).
All travelers entering Slovakia are required to take an antigen test, self-isolate, and take an RT PCR test on the fifth day of their self-isolation. Persons passing through Slovakia on transit and are exempted from the antigen test.
