Dnipro River is filled with potential and opportunities. In order to create an effective inland waterways transport in Ukraine, a reform of the sector is needed to make sure:
- it meets people's need for safe and affordable transportation;
- the conditions for doing business in the sector are improved;
- is fully integrated Ukrainian transport network in the Trans-European Transport Network.
