The TIS Group of Marine Terminals (Yuzhny, Odessa region) expects its cargo traffic to increase by 3-4% this year. At least, such growth rates have already been reached, the group’s General Director Andrii Stavnytser said in an interview with the CFTS portal.
"Currently, we are going at plus 3-4% compared with the results for 2014," said Stavnytser.
He did not provide more details about the structure of the group’s cargo base.
As reported, TIS terminals handled 25.9 million tons of cargo in 2014. Thus, their cargo traffic could reach 26-27 million tons this year.
TIS (Transinvestservis) is a group of marine terminals, and it is the largest private stevedoring group in Ukraine. It is located in the Yuzhny port in the Odessa region. The group consists of five specialized terminals: TIS Fertilizers, TIS Grain, TIS Ore, and TIS Coal, TIS Container.
