Ukraine International Airlines increased flight frequency between Kyiv and Minsk on October 25. The number of flights was doubled from 7 to 14, the carrier's press office reported.

The UIA additional flights connecting Kiev and Minsk are operated on modern Boeing 737 and Embraer-190 aircraft with two cabin classes – Business Class and Economy Class.

Ukraine International Airlines boosted frequency on the Kyiv – Minsk route after suspending direct flights between Ukraine and Russia. Therefore, Minsk will be a transit airport for passengers travelling to/from both countries.

As reported earlier, the Belavia airline (Belarus) increased flight frequency on the Kyiv – Minsk route by launching third daily flight. Also the airline started direct flights between Odesa and Minsk.
