Ukraine’s Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Solskyi and Ghana’s Minister of Food and Agriculture Owusu Afriyie Akoto have discussed deepening agricultural cooperation and broadening international trade and economic relations at a meeting.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.

In particular, they discussed a proposal to launch a joint project involving the creation of a logistics hub for storing agricultural products.

According to the statement, such a hub will make it possible to store high-quality grain, make sales predictable, and stabilize food prices.

The participants in the meeting agreed to consider in more detail the possibility of implementing a joint Ukrainian-African cooperation project on logistics.

As the CFTS portal reported earlier, Nigeria and Senegal have already proposed that Ukraine create a logistics hub for regular supply of grain and food products.
