The second train made up of new passenger cars with furniture that transforms will be launched on the Kyiv - Ivano-Frankivsk route on 24 February, the CFTS reports, citing information from the Ukrainian Railways public joint-stock company (Ukrzaliznytsia).
The train will travel to Ivano-Frankivsk as an Intercity high-speed train and transform into a Night Express train for the return journey.
The Intercity high-speed train No. 749/750 will depart from the Kyiv-Passazhyrskyi train station at 14:12 and arrive in Ivano-Frankivsk at 22:58. In the opposite direction, the Night Express train No. 149/150 will depart from Ivano-Frankivsk at 23:58 and arrive at the Kyiv-Passazhyrskyi train station at 09:04.
As the CFTS earlier reported, Ukrzaliznytsia launched the first train made up of transformer cars on this route on 17 January.
Ukrzaliznytsia acquired the transformer cars from the Kryukov Railcar Building Works.
