Acting Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul instructed all transport agencies at 09:00 on February 24 to stop all payments other than wages, the Interfax Ukraine news agency reports.
According to Vilkul’s press service, this instruction applies to the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing, & Communal Services, the State Railway Administration, and the State Automobile Road Service.
