The Hungarian low-cost airline, Wizz Air, has announced the launch of a number of new flights that will connect 17 cities in 13 countries in Europe from October. The list includes new destinations in Ukraine, the CFTS reports.

Wizz Air will launch flights from Gdansk and Wroclaw to Kharkiv and from Lviv to Vilnius and Bratislava on October 28-30.

According to the airline, tickets for these flights from Ukraine will be sold at the price of UAH 299 (Kharkiv-Gdansk and Kharkiv-Wroclaw). The minimum ticket price for a flight from Lviv to Vilnius and Bratislava is UAH 459.

Both flights from Kharkiv will be operated on Wednesdays and Sundays, Lviv-Vilnius flights on Mondays and Fridays, and Lviv-Bratislava flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

The carrier recently announced its intention to launch London (Luton) - Kharkiv flights in autumn this year.

Wizz Air began operating flights from Kyiv to Berlin (Schönefeld) and the central airport of Frankfurt am Main on July 1.
