The Main Military Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine has transferred 1,000 railway gondola cars seized from a company linked to former Minister of Revenue and Duties Oleksandr Klymenko to the Ukrainian Railways public joint-stock company in accordance with a ruling by the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv.
This was announced by Ukraine’s Chief Military Prosecutor Anatolii Matios, the Interfax Ukraine news agency reports.
"The Main Military Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine has transferred 1,000 railway gondola cars seized by the State Border Service and the customs authorities in in accordance with a ruling by the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv," the chief military prosecutor announced at a joint news briefing with Ukrzaliznytsia’s head Wojciech Balczun on Friday, 4 August 4.
According to Matios, these railcars belonged to Unison Group LLC, which is linked to former Minister of Revenues and Duties Klymenko, before they were confiscated.
