Four vessels transporting 149,300 tons of agricultural products to Asian and European countries have left the ports of Greater Odesa under the Black Sea Grain Initiative, which established a humanitarian maritime corridor to allow ships to export grain and other foodstuffs from Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.
The vessels include the Sugar bulk carrier, which is transporting 37,500 tons of oil to India.
Twenty vessels are currently being processed in the ports of Greater Odesa, where 613,200 tons of Ukrainian agricultural products are being loaded onto them.
"Three ships are passing through the grain corridor to load 162,400 tons of agricultural products," the statement said.
In total, 529 vessels carrying 13.2 million tons of Ukrainian agricultural products to countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe have left the ports of Greater Odesa since August 1.
