The CMA CGM company, one of the world's largest container carriers, has decided to break off cooperation with the state-owned Ilyichevsk commercial seaport and stop making ship calls at the port, 368.media reports.
According to official information from the French company, its vessels will now receive services at the Ilyichevsk fishing port.
The first of them will be the Mehtap Bayraktar ship, which should arrive on 9 October.
The carrier indicates that rates will remain unchanged, except the cost of container storage at the terminal, and it recommends signing contracts with the management of the fishing port. According to media reports, Ihor Kolomoiskyi owns this company.
