The international forum "European Rolling Stock Forum 2016" will take place in Warsaw from 16 to 17 March 2016. The event is dedicated to the prospects of rolling stock in Central Eastern European countries.

The basic topics that will be discussed on the forum include the modern technologies used in the construction and maintenance of rolling stock; experience and possibilities in modernization and purchase of vehicles by the railway carriers in the CEE; innovations in construction of freight wagons; inventions and trends of the diesel and electric multiple units market ; and EU law regulations.

European Rolling Stock Forum 2016 is organizing by Polish company TOR Konferencje. It belongs to Tor Group specialized in consultancy and analyzes in infrastructure, railway and public transport sectors.

The main media partner for conference in Ukraine is the Center for Transport Strategies (CFTS) portal.

Experts, scientists and top managers of leading transport companies from Poland, Czech Republic and other CEE countries will take part in European Rolling Stock Forum 2016.

The event will be held for the third time. In 2015 about 200 experts and top managers took part in the forum. They represented Bombardier Transportation, CTL Logistics, DB Schenker Rail Polska, Freightliner, Koleje Mazowieckie, Koleje Śląskie, Koleje Wielkopolskie, Lithuanian Railways (LG), Lotos Kolej, Newag, Orlen KolTrans, PKP LHS, Pesa, Siemens, Škoda Transporatation, Stadler and other companies.
