The decision to abolish tokens for travel in the Kyiv subway has been postponed.
The press service of the Kyiv subway announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports, citing the ain.ua publication.
The Kyiv subway planned to abolish tokens before the end of November 2019. However, the decision to abolish them was postponed due to the postponement of the full launch of a single electronic ticket for the Kyiv public transport system.
The Kyiv subway stopped selling tokens at come subway stations in November. Modern means of payment are accepted at the Nivki, Hippodrome, Teremki, and Pozniaki subway stations.
