The volume of passenger traffic through the Kharkiv international airport increased by 28% to 114,000 in May 2019, compared with the corresponding period of 2018.
The airport announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.
Regular direct flights to Baku (Buta Airways), Larnaca, and Barcelona (SkyUp Airlines) and seasonal flights to Monastir, Dalaman, and Bodrum were launched in May.
The volume of passenger traffic through the Kharkiv airport increased by 43% to 92,900 in April 2019, compared with April 2018.
As the CFTS portal reported earlier, the volume of passenger traffic through the Kharkiv airport increased by 33% to more than 300,000 in the period of January-April.
