The restrictions on the frequency of regular flights between Poland and Ukraine have been lifted. The press service of the Polish Civil Aviation Authority announced this in a statement.
The relevant decision came into force on 17 March this year in accordance with an agreement between the Polish and Ukrainian aviation authorities.
The previous bilateral agreement established a certain quota for flights between the two countries. Airlines from each side were allowed to operate a maximum of 14 flights per week on the Kyiv-Warsaw route and 10 per week on other routes.
As reported, Italy recently lifted restrictions on flights to Ukraine.
