Russia attacked port infrastructure on the River Danube in the early hours of 24 July.
The Southern Operational Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.
"An almost four-hour attack with Shahed-136 drones was directed at Danube port infrastructure in the early hours of today," the statement said.
According to the statement, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed three of the drones.
As a result of the attacks, a hangar containing grain was destroyed, tanks for storage of other types of cargo were damaged, and a fire broke out on the premises of a production facility. The fire was extinguished quickly.
Preliminary reports indicated that four port workers were injured in the attack, but the reports are still being verified.
According to the Forbes publication, the attack targeted the port of Reni.
