The Kremlin’s puppet government in the Kherson region has banned civilians from entering the region for seven days.

Kherson collaborator Volodymyr Saldo announced this, the CFTS portal reports, citing the Novoye Vremya publication.

According to him, "only people to whom the commandant's office has issued passes and people engaging in the provision of support and supplies and those working for communal agencies" will be able to enter the region.

According to Saldo, all the "government agencies" in the Kherson region are moving to the left bank of River Dnipro.

The collaborator is using a potential breach of the Kakhovka Reservoir’s dam to intimidate Kherson residents.

The discharge of water from the reservoir at the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant has begun, he said.
