Russian occupiers in Kherson are looting the homes of residents and the equipment of utility enterprises in the city.

The Kherson city military administration’s head Halyna Luhova stated this in comments to Radio Liberty, the NV publication reports.

According to her, all the properties that belonged to the utility enterprises responsible for maintaining Kherson’s vital operations have been looted.

"The Khersonmiskvodokanal utility enterprise … had many technical equipment and machines on its books. It has all been taken away. There is nothing left. The Khersongaz gas company is in the same situation. It has been hollowed out completely. Our fleet, to which 30 buses were added… They took all of them away. The ambulances that were in the city were all taken away. The fire trucks; none of them remains," she said.

According to Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov, the rainy weather has slightly slowed the offensive in southern Ukraine, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces control all the bridges across River Dnipro, making it difficult for the occupation forces to escape with their equipment.
