Ukraine and the United States plan to sign an agreement on liberalization of air transport between the two countries on Tuesday, 14 July. Minister of Infrastructure Andrii Pyvovarskyi announced this at a press conference at the Cabinet of Ministers, the CFTS correspondent reports.

The agreement on liberalization of air transport will remove restrictions on the number of carriers and frequency of flights, simplify the mechanism for performing flights, etc.

As reported, a Ukrainian-American investment forum will be held in Washington on 13 July, which will be attended by a large government delegation headed by Prime Minister Arsenii Yatseniuk. Pyvovarskyi and Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian will represent the Ministry of Infrastructure at the forum.
