Ukraine has submitted to Azerbaijan a draft agreement on creation of an international transport corridor from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. It also provides for creation of a single governing body within the corridor for formulation of a comprehensive strategy for development of freight transportation in the region," Zubko said.
