The stfalcon.com company (Khmelnitsky) has developed a navigation application called Uaroads, which selects travel routes based on the quality of road surfaces. This option is currently not available in similar navigation applications from Google and Yandex, inspired.com.ua reports.

The application currently has more than 39,000 registered users. The registered users have assessed more than 68,000 kilometers of roads and entered them into the application’s database.

In addition to maps of the quality of Ukrainian road surfaces, the application now has navigational functions. The smartphone application, which automatically collects data on road quality, has a built-in router based on road quality data, analyzes speed of travel, and has the option to assess routes manually.

The company plans to send the collected data to the Ukravtodor state road agency, which will be able to respond more quickly to defects on roads and fix them.
