The Ministry of Infrastructure has appointed Rostyslav Veselov as the general director of the Lvov airport on a three-year contract. The ministry’s decision was approved by the Order No. 96-0 of June 13, 2014, avianews.com reports.

Veselov worked as a representative of the AeroSvit airline company in the region from 1997 to 2000 and from 2004 to 2013. He graduated from the Slavyansk Aviation and Technical School in 1982 and from the Riga Institute of Civil Aviation’s faculty of economics in 1994.

Veselov has headed the management service at the airport terminal since April 2013.

The Lvov airport was headed by Roman Hontariov, a former employee of the Donbasaero airline company, which was part of the AeroSvit alliance, from 2011 to 2014.
