The Cabinet of Ministers has relieved Dmytro Kiva of the post of board chairman of the Antonov state aircraft manufacturing concern (Kiev). This is stated in the directive No. 340 of April 9, 2014, which was published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Kiva became the head of the state aircraft manufacturing concern in December 2008.
Currently, he is the president and general designer of the Antonov state enterprise (Kiev), which is the main aircraft developer in Ukraine. This company is part of the Antonov aircraft manufacturing concern along with the Kharkov State Aircraft Manufacturing Company (KSAMC) and the state-owned Civil Aviation Plant 410 (Kiev), which specializes in aircraft repair.
The Antonov state aircraft manufacturing concern was established in October 2008 through the reorganization of the Aviation of Ukraine state concern, which consisted of about 10 enterprises.
