The new DPKr-3 diesel train produced by the Kryukov Railcar Building Works (Kremenchuk, Poltava region) has already arrived in Kyiv.
As the CFTS portal reported, a photograph showing the new Ukrainian diesel train at TPS Darnytsia (Ukrzaliznytsia’s high-speed train service center) was posted on Facebook on December 25.
The Kryukov Railcar Building Works has not yet commented on the information that the train has arrived in Kyiv. It only stated that the train has successfully completed its break-in trip. However, Ukrzaliznytsia confirmed to the CFTS portal that the DPKr-3 diesel train is already in Kyiv.
As reported, the new train recently performed a test run on the Kremenchuk-Ternopil route, after which it was supposed to arrive in Kyiv.
The three-car diesel train is expected to begin transporting passengers on the Kyiv-Boryspil route this week.
