Wages will account for approximately 45% of the Kyiv subway’s planned expenditures in 2018. The subway’s administration announced this in a statement in response to an information request from the CFTS portal.
In accordance with the Kyiv municipal administration’s financial justification for raising the subway fare in the city to UAH 8, which the Kyiv subway cites, the average salary at the Kyiv subway was UAH 10,600 in 2017, which is 5% less than the average for Kyiv.
