MAZtransservis LLC, the Minsk automobile plant’s official dealer, won a tender for supply of 100 buses to Kyiv on June 12, according to information on the website of the ProZorro electronic public procurement system.
The company will supply 70 low-floor, 12-meter MAZ-203069 buses to the Kyivpastrans municipal passenger transport company at the total cost of UAH 323.8 million and 30 low-floor, 18.5 meter MAZ-215069 buses at the total cost of UAH 205.0 million, the CFTS portal reports. The buses are expected to arrive in Kyiv before the end of this year.
MAZ won a similar tender in 2016 for supply of 70 short buses at the total cost of UAH 290.2 million and 30 long buses at the total cost of UAH 182.2 million.
The Bohdan Motors corporation won a Kyivpastrans tender for supply of 60 single and 20 articulated low-floor trolleybuses. Information about this is available in the ProZorro system.
