Dnipro Electrotransport municipal company has announced an international tender for the supply of new low-floor, 12-meter trolleybuses with a minimum autonomous range of one kilometer, to be financed with a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB).
This was reported by the CFTS portal, citing the online publication Alltransua.
According to the announcement, the company intends to purchase new trolleybuses manufactured no earlier than 2023, with each trolleybus capable of accommodating at least 95–106 passengers, including 30 seated.
The required date of delivery of the first batch is no later than 8 months from the date of receipt of the advance payment by the supplier. The required completion date is no later than 12 months from the date of receipt of the advance payment by the supplier.
The procurement budget is EUR 5 million.
