The Odessa international airport transferred UAH 2.7 million into the Odessa city budget on 15 October as the latest tranche of dividends, the Interfax Ukraine news agency reports, citing the press service of the airport.
In total, the airport has transferred UAH 10.685 million into the city budget in 2015 as dividends on the operations of the Odessa International Airport LLC joint venture. The dividends were paid in five equal installments within the prescribed period, the report said.
In addition, the limited liability company has paid UAH 24.339 million in taxes in 2015. Thus, the company has paid a total of UAH 35.024 million into the city budget in 2015.
As reported, the Odessa city council has concluded a settlement agreement with the Odessa International Airport LLC, and it is no longer disputing the legality of the creation of the joint venture.
