Russian invaders have organized the departure of the first ship carrying stolen Ukrainian grain from the port of Berdiansk, which is temporarily occupied by Russian troops.

This was officially reported by the Russian-based Interfax news agency, the CFTS portal reports.

"The first merchant ship has departed from the Berdiansk commercial seaport. 7,000 tons of grain has gone to friendly countries," said Yevhen Balytskyi, the collaborator that the Russians appointed as the so-called interim head of the occupied part of the Zaporizhia region.

Ships and boats from the Russian Black Sea Fleet’s Novorossiysk base are escorting the ship carrying the grain.

As reported earlier, the Russian military sent the first freight train carrying stolen Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhia region to the Crimea in early June.

As the CFTS portal also reported, Russians are methodically stealing Ukrainian assets in the temporarily occupied territories and trying to export them to Russia, including through ports. In particular, the Russian occupiers are blatantly officially announcing the export of grain and metal through ports.
