The SkyUp Airlines’ fourth aircraft was issued a tail number on Thursday, November 22.

The Boeing 737-800 aircraft will be added to the carrier’s fleet by the end of November, the CFTS portal reports, citing information from the airline.

The aircraft, which was manufactured in 2013, was issued the Ukrainian tail number UR-SQC.

SkyUp will lease the aircraft from Boeing Capital Corporation. The aircraft was previously operated by Malaysia Airlines.

As reported earlier, the airline currently has a fleet of two medium-haul Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft and one Boeing 737-700 NG. It expects to take delivery of two more aircraft by the end of December (a Boeing 737-800 NG and a Boeing 737-700 NG). Thus, SkyUp Airlines will have six aircraft (four Boeing 737-800 NG and two Boeing 737-700 NG) by the end of 2018.
