The monitoring group of the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies estimated that the length of the delay of ships with Ukrainian grain in the Sea of Marmara increased to more than 14 days in October due to the expectation of the inspection of the Coordination Center.
Vessels that left the ports of Great Odesa on September 1-17 expected the inspection to arrive for an average of 53.8 hours (2.25 days). Vessels that departed on September 18-30 waited an average of 272 hours (11.4 days) for the inspection to arrive.
In October, the situation (according to preliminary estimates) worsened - up to 15-16 days.
