The monitoring group of the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies estimated that the length of the delay of ships with Ukrainian grain in the Sea of ​​Marmara increased to more than 14 days in October due to the expectation of the inspection of the Coordination Center.

Vessels that left the ports of Great Odesa on September 1-17 expected the inspection to arrive for an average of 53.8 hours (2.25 days). Vessels that departed on September 18-30 waited an average of 272 hours (11.4 days) for the inspection to arrive.

In October, the situation (according to preliminary estimates) worsened - up to 15-16 days.
