The Ukrrichflot shipping company has added a new vessel – the Dnipro Line container ship – to its fleet. The vessel has a length of 106 meters, a width of 11 meters, a draft is 4.08 meters, and deadweight tons of 3,200.
According to the Vesselfinder portal, the container ship was built in 1998, and it is currently located in the Sea of Marmara, off the coast of Turkey.
According to Ukrrichflot, the Dnipro Line is a new type of container ship. The new vessel has been re-flagged, registered under the Ukrainian flag, and placed under the supervision of the Ukrainian Shipping Register. The Dnipro Line has a Ukrainian crew.
From March 2017, the vessel will operate on a coastal container line between Dnipro river ports (Zaporizhia, Dnipro) and ports in Greater Odesa.
As the CFTS portal reported, Ukrrichflot began performing coastal shipping of container cargoes in spring 2015.
