The Ukrainian Railways public joint-stock company (Ukrzaliznytsia) intends to buy 90,000 tons of diesel fuel with the use of formula pricing, Ukrzaliznytsia’s Board Chairman Wojciech Balczun announced.
"We have just invited tenders for supply of 90,000 tons of diesel fuel via the ProZorro electronic public procurement system, using Platt's quotations," Balczun wrote on his Facebook page.
According to the tender documentation published in ProZorro, this purchase is expected to cost UAH 1.997 billion, including VAT.
Applications to participate in the tender will be accepted until May 10. The tender itself will take place on May 15.
