British rail operator National Express launched services in Germany. The carrier will operate the two lines in the region of North Rhine-Westphalia for 15 years.

X-Press Feeders will launch a new feeder service on the Black Sea. According to information from the shipping line, Istanbul, Constanta, Odesa, and Illichivsk will be the first in the feeder service’s rotation.

The Ukrainian High-Speed Rail Company has made a loss of UAH 864.2 million since the beginning of 2015. This is 2.5 times more than the losses in the same period of last year and nine times more than the losses in 2013.

Terminals at Ukrainian seaports increased transshipment of grain by 13.8% to 32.92 million tons in the period of January-November this year, compared with the same period last year.

Ukraine intends to supply 1,500 railcars to Turkmenistan, and supply of 750 of them has already been put out to tender. These railcars will be used on a railway along the TAPI gas pipeline.
