New roads and railways will not be built in Ukraine in 2015. Deputy Prime Minister for Infrastructure Valerii Voschevskyi announced this at a session of the parliament, the Ukrainska Pravda newspaper reports.

"The situations in Ukrzaliznytsia and Ukravtodor are difficult. There are no resources for building anything, and it is most likely that there will also be none next year," he said.

According to him, the main task now is to "survive the winter."

Addressing parliamentary deputies, he said that some of them were involved in the implementation of contracts for the two state companies and called on them to influence the situation.
