Kyiv continues to receive technical assistance from the Warsaw Metro, with 12 more subway cars arriving in the Ukrainian capital.
The Kyiv Municipal Administration announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.
Under the relevant project, the Warsaw Metro is donating 60 decommissioned subway cars of the 81 series to the Kyiv subway.
The last train out of the 10 intended for the Kyiv subway now remains to be transported.
According to the statement, Kyiv subway specialists will inspect each subway car to determine its technical condition, after which all the possible options for its efficient use will be considered.
