Nova Poshta, a Ukrainian postal and logistics company, plans to test a delivery service between member countries of the European Union in 2024.
The company's co-owner Volodymyr Popereshniuk announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports, citing the Liga Business publication.
The company’s delivery service between EU countries may become fully operational in 2025.
Popereshniuk said that the company has already started offering cross-border delivery services in some of the markets in which it has branches.
According to him, Nova Poshta uses two AN-26 aircraft belonging to the company’s Supernova Airlines for deliveries between European countries.
The company will also lease a long-haul aircraft to enable it to deliver parcels to Europe and the United States.
