Container Terminal Mostyska (CTM), which also houses a grain terminal, has been equipped with pumping stations to handle liquid cargoes such as sunflower and soybean oil.
"The terminal is equipped with modern and high-performance pumping stations, which make it possible to transship large volumes of liquid cargo from cars into railway tanks and from railway tanks for a 1520 mm gauge into tanks for a 1435 mm gauge," the company said.
The length of the tracks at the terminal allows an entire train to be loaded at once, which speeds up the process and makes it possible to overload a couple of trains in one shift - from a Ukrainian to a Polish train, overloading is carried out in 12 hours.
We will remind that the container terminal near the Polish border was put into operation in the summer of last year. A grain terminal was also built as part of this project.
