The volume of transshipment of Russian foreign-trade cargo through the ports of Ukraine and the Baltic States was 84.8 million tons in 2013, which is 10.3% less than the volume in in 2012, the Interfax news agency reports, citing a report by the Mortsentr-TEK company.

The volume of transshipment of dry cargoes fell by 15.2% to 48.6 million ton (35.4 million tons through Baltic ports and 13.3 million tons through Ukrainian ports).

The volume of transshipment of liquid cargo fell by 2.9% to 36.2 million ton (30.3 million tons through Baltic ports and 5.8 million tons through Ukrainian ports).
