The Ukrzaliznytsia public joint-stock company (PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia), which began operations on 1 December, has launched a search for candidates for executive positions with the aim of creating a new management team. The press service of Ukrzaliznytsia announced this in a statement.
In particular, the company needs a director of passenger transportation and services, a director of engineering and technical support, a director of security, a director of infrastructure, a director of freight transport and logistics, a director of strategic development and corporate governance, a director of operations, and a director of personnel and social policy.
Selection of candidates will take place in several stages. Initially, a list of candidates will be compiled. To this end, everyone wishing to participate in the selection process will be able to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the posts and the necessary package of documents on the website of the company.
Ukrzaliznytsia’s standing commission on organizational structure, personnel management system, social policy, and motivation will perform pre-selection of candidates.
"During qualitative assessment of candidates, the commission will be guided by the principles of transparency, openness, professionalism, and operation exclusively within the legal framework. A shortlist of candidates will be submitted to the company’s board, which will make a collective decision," the statement said.
