Tesla Motors, an American manufacturer electric cars, plans to build a Supercharger charging station in Chisinau (Moldova) before the end of 2016. Information to this effect is posted on the automaker's website, BSNews reports, citing Bloknot.
As reported, a Tesla charging station is also due to appear in Ukraine this year.
Despite the fact that Tesla electric cars are not yet on sale in Moldova, the charging station can serve foreigners arriving in Moldova on Tesla vehicles.
Tesla’s Supercharger charging stations will be free to use.
Tesla has created a huge network of Supercharger charging stations around the world. There were 220 such stations in North America and 180 in Europe as of the end of 2015. This year, 55 new charging stations will be opened in Europe.
