The Ukrainian Railways joint-stock company (Ukrzaliznytsia) has restored rail service to Kramatorsk (Donetsk region).

Ukrzaliznytsia announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.

"Trains to Kramatorsk had not been running since the beginning of April," the statement said.

The train will depart from Kyiv at 06:52 daily and arrive in Kramatorsk at 14:03. In the opposite direction, the train will depart from Kramatorsk at 14:35 and arrive in Kyiv at 21:13.

"Railway workers have made maximum efforts to restore links with Kramatorsk before the onset of cold weather. Residents of the city and surrounding settlements will be able to travel conveniently to other regions of our country from now on if necessary," Ukrzaliznytsia said.

The train will make stops at the Darnytsia, Lubnyi, Myrhorod, Poltava, Krasnohrad, Lozova, and Sloviansk stations.

Ukrzaliznytsia added that the company is gradually restoring rail links with liberated settlements and those that were near the frontline. For example, trains recently started running to Balakliia, Derhachi, Chuhuiv, and Izium.
